We're recruiting experienced Tree Surgeons and Climbing Arborists to join our clients' growing highways vegetation team. The work is varied, well organised and carried out on major highway networks across the UK.

With 90% of the work carried out at night, you'll benefit from quieter working environments, additional shift bonuses and consistent year-round work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Tree felling and dismantling
• Climbing and aerial operations
• Aerial rescue duties
• Chainsaw operation from rope and harness
• Hazardous tree removal
• Highway vegetation management
• Maintaining sightlines around road signs and infrastructure
• Working safely as part of a professional team

Whether your experience comes from highways, utilities, rail, forestry or domestic arboriculture, we'd like to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications

• NPTC CS30/31
• NPTC CS38 (Climb & Aerial Rescue)
• NPTC CS39 (Chainsaw from Rope & Harness)
• Aerial Rescue Certification
• CS47 / Chainsaw from MEWP
• IPAF / MEWP

Highways Passport, ROLO or other industry tickets are beneficial but not essential.
