You will travel to customer sites to service and repair welfare cabins, dealing with both planned maintenance and unexpected breakdowns.You will be trusted to manage your own workload, diagnose issues, and carry out repairs to a high standard. Just as important, you will represent Silver Sockets professionally when dealing with customers.Key Responsibilities Attend scheduled jobs and reactive call outsDiagnose faults and complete repairs, aiming for a first-time fixCarry out routine maintenance and servicingComplete clear and accurate service reports, including photos where neededManage van stock, tools, and equipmentFollow health and safety guidelines at all timesWork with other engineers to share knowledge and improve ways of working About our companySilver Sockets has built a strong reputation for keeping welfare cabins running safely and efficiently.
