The company provides high-quality void works, planned maintenance and refurbishment services to domestic properties throughout Liverpool and the surrounding areas.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their supportive team.Key responsibilitiesAs a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, your duties will include: Completing general property repairs and planned maintenanceCarrying out full bathroom refurbishments and renewalsSupporting kitchen renewal and refurbishment projectsUndertaking tiling, plumbing and joinery workCompleting drylining, plastering, screeding and associated finishing workDiagnosing maintenance issues and identifying appropriate repairsEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardCompleting assigned work within the agreed timescalesCommunicating professionally with residents, clients and colleaguesMaintaining excellent customer service while working in occupied properties Skills and experienceTo be considered for this role, you should have: Previous experience in a similar multi-trade, property maintenance or refurbishment rolePractical skills across several trades, including tiling, plumbing and joineryExperience completing full bathroom refurbishmentsThe ability to produce consistently high-quality workGood communication and customer service skillsA reliable, professional and respectful approachThe ability to manage your workload and work independentlyA full UK driving licence Plastering experience would be an advantage but is not essential.Experience working within social housing, void properties, planned maintenance or domestic refurbishment would also be beneficial.BenefitsThe successful Multi-Skilled Tradesperson will receive: A salary of £32,500 per annum, negotiable depending on experiencePaid overtimePAYE or CIS working options availableCompany vehicle providedCompany uniform28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidaysChristmas shutdownHelp-to-buy tool schemeImmediate start availableRegular, long-term work Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
