Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do Deliver high‑quality community nursing services across Fleet and surrounding areas.Perform compression therapy and specialist bandaging.Carry out male, female, and suprapubic catheter changes.Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care, including management of syringe drivers.Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular medications.Manage simple to complex wound care, including pressure ulcer treatment.Perform venepuncture and maintain accurate clinical records.Drive to patient homes across Fleet — access to a vehicle is essential. Requirements / Candidate Criteria Essential Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.Experience in community nursing.Competency in catheter care, wound care, medication administration, and compression therapy.Access to a vehicle and ability to travel independently. Desirable Experience in end‑of‑life care.Strong knowledge of community pathways and local services.
