Operations Manager – South Coast, £85/90k plus bonus   South Coast - Must live on the South Coast East Sussex and surrounding area.  We’re working with a dynamic and fast-growing leisure hospitality brand that’s making a real impact across London and the Southeast. With a strong operational base and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to bring on board an Operations Manager to support this unique patch. Managing a key location, living close to the area would be ideal to support work-life balance, which is important to the client. The role will oversee nine different revenue streams and requires a strong operator who can manage teams effectively and act as the face of this key business in the region. Important note: Our client is only considering candidates with a background in hospitality-style environments, this includes hotels, large-scale conference venues, sports stadiums, horse racing venues, theme parks, and similar high-volume, guest-facing operations.
