For the successful Warehouse Team Leader our client is offering;

• Starting salary of £35,114, this can rise to £39,452 as experience / competencies are signed off
• Working 12 hour Days & Nights, which spans over Weekends too - 07:25 - 19:35/19:35 - 07:25
• Central location in Telford, accessible by Public Transport or free parking

The Role of the Warehouse Team Leader;

• Organising daily Warehouse activities to include receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of Goods
• Monitor/maintain inventory levels
• Ensuring the Warehouse is safe & organised
• Operate and maintain Warehouse equipment, reporting any issues or Maintenance requirements
• Loading finished goods and unloading materials
• Stock taking
• Completing paperwork
• Resolving any issues within the team
• Ensuring products being despatched aren't damaged
• Allocating work out to the Warehouse staff on a daily basis
• FLT Driving
• Providing training to new / current staff 
• Use of in house computer systems to book goods in and out
• Working to high standards at all times & maintaining Safety procedures

What our client is looking for in a Warehouse Team Leader;

• Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
• FLT Counterbalance Licence dated within the last 3 years - This MUST be RTITB or ITSAAR accredited 
• Awareness of Food Hygiene regulations
• Able to work Days & Nights - Including weekends
