Food Production Operative in Whitchurch, West Midlands

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Food Production Operatives to work in their leading facility in Whitchurch.

For the successful Food Production Operatives our client is offering:

• £12.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Temporary - Permanent position
• On-site walk around / Induction to understand the roles and environment
• Growth within multiple sections/areas of the business
• Career progression / In-house training

The Role - Food Production Operatives;

• Packing 
• Cutting blocks of Cheese to specified sizes
• Palletising 
• Unboxing products 
• Heavy lifting up to 20kg
• Quality checking
• Deal with any rejects from the production lines 
• Following food and hygiene regulations on site
• Working with a team of around 6-8 people
• Supervise the correct running of the various machines ensuring quality finished product.
• Correctly daily/weekly cleaning documents 

What our client is looking for in a Food Production Operatives;

• Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry - HIGHLY DESIRABLE
• Must have picking/ packing/ palletising experience - DESIRABLE
• Be able to complete / read labels and paperwork when required - ESSENTIAL
• Must be comfortable with heavy lifting up to 20KG -ESSENTIAL
