What you will do:

• Oversee and manage the Duty Hub Team, ensuring that social work services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate daily operations and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with local and national regulations and best practices.
• Evaluate and manage risk, ensuring that appropriate safeguards are in place for service users and staff.
• Communicate with partner agencies to optimise multi-agency working and drive improvements in service delivery.
