What you will do:

• Oversee the operations of the Barnet Domestic Abuse Safety Hub, leading a team of skilled specialists including Independent Domestic Violence Advocates (IDVAs).
• Ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of survivors in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage and develop your team, encouraging continuous professional development and fostering a supportive work environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner agencies to coordinate a holistic and effective response to domestic violence.
• Monitor and report on the team's performance, ensuring compliance with local authority guidelines and safeguarding requirements.
