What you will do:

Take on co-key worker responsibilities to ensure each resident's needs, goals, and well-being are prioritised.

Foster trusting relationships, listening and adapting support to meet communication, sensory, and physical needs.

Support the individual's right to make informed decisions about their own lives while maintaining dignity and kindness.

Drive service vehicles to support community involvement, requiring a valid driving licence.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care quality and personal growth.
