What you will do:

• Provide personalised assistance with daily activities such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and community access.

• Implement the Active Support model, encouraging choice, independence, and participation in all aspects of life.

• Take on co-key worker responsibilities to ensure each resident's needs, goals, and well-being are prioritised.

• Foster trusting relationships, listening and adapting support to meet communication, sensory, and physical needs.

• Support the individual's right to make informed decisions about their own lives while maintaining dignity and kindness.

• Drive service vehicles to support community involvement, requiring a valid driving licence.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care quality and personal growth.
