What you will do:

• Provide support and guidance to individuals affected by substance misuse, helping them on their recovery journey.
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and other stakeholders to ensure effective recovery pathways are in place.
• Deliver one-on-one sessions and group workshops to help reduce dependency and promote healthier lifestyles.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers, social services, and family members to create a robust support network for service users.
• Monitor and evaluate progress, adapting interventions as necessary to meet unique individual needs.

Requirements:

• Valid DBS on the update service is essential for this role.
