Stores Person in Stoke-on-trent, West Midlands

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Stores Person to work at their facility in Stoke on Trent.

For the successful Stores Person our client is offering;

• Starting pay rate of up to £13.87 per hour
• Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm with a 12:30pm finish on Fridays
• Temporary to Permanent role
• Free Parking and accessible via Public Transport
• Regular overtime opportunities available to boost overall earning potential! (Paid at time and a half & Double Time)
• Bonus paid at Christmas depending on company performance
• Extra days annual leave at 5 years service
• 2 days extra annual leave at 10 years service

The Role of the Stores Person will include:

• Receive, check and book deliveries in, following and improving existing processes
• Use of basic IT systems to manage records and track stock
• Liaise with customers / suppliers via phone/email to arrange orders and deliveries
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders, ensuring timely arrival of parts
• Implement & maintain efficient systems for tracking stock and providing daily updates
• Maintain a clean/organised environment

What our client is looking for in a Stores Person:

• Previous Stores based experience experience
• Demonstrate a steady work history with Stores background
• You MUST be able to Pass a DRUGS & ALCOHOL test prior to interview
