Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment.
• A proven track record of delivering sales and KPI performance.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• The ability to drive operational excellence and create an outstanding customer experience.

Experience from sectors such as fashion, lifestyle, beauty, homeware, luxury retail, FMCG or specialist retail is welcomed.
