What You'll Be Doing
Leadership & Team Development

Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.

Create a positive, inclusive working environment where colleagues feel supported and valued.

Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and on-the-job training.

Communicate clearly to keep the team informed, engaged, and focused on shared goals.

Build product knowledge and confidence across the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Store Operations

Help oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high operational standards.

Maintain excellent visual merchandising, presentation, and housekeeping throughout the store.

Ensure health and safety standards are met, creating a safe environment for both customers and colleagues.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented team members.
Sales & Performance

Assist in delivering sales targets and driving overall store performance.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage stock availability, replenishment, and deliveries to maximise sales.

Support stock accuracy and implement effective loss prevention practices.
Customer Experience

Lead by example, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable customer experiences.

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Build strong relationships with customers and help create a welcoming shopping environment.

Support local initiatives that strengthen the store's connection with the community.
