We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a busy retail operation in the Mid Devon area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the store team
• Driving sales performance and achieving business targets
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Managing rotas, recruitment, training and performance
• Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy
• Overseeing merchandising and promotional activity
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
• Monitoring store performance and reporting on key business metrics
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming retail environment

You'll have:

• Previous retail management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience driving sales and commercial performance
• Knowledge of merchandising and stock management
• Confidence using retail management systems
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive approach with a focus on delivering results
