Catering Leader in Crewe, North West

KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Catering Leader for our client based in the Crewe area.

As a Catering Leader your working hours and days will be:

• 5 out of 7 days per week
• 37.5 hour per week

The rate of pay as a Catering Leader is:

• £33,000- £35,000 per annum

The duties and responsibilities as a Catering Leader are:

• Over see day-to-day running of the catering service, including food preparation, menu planning
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, health and safety and customer service
• Make sure stock control is being performed
• Ensuring budgets are met
• Supervising catering staff and volunteers

The ideal candidate for a Catering Leader would require:

• Previous experience supervising caterers and volunteers
• Previous experience in a catering environment
• Good time keeping skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good eye for detail
