What you will do:
- Provide high-quality mental health nursing care to older adult patients in an inpatient setting.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications safely and effectively in accordance with professional guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, aiding them through their mental health journey.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental practices.
Requirements of the Staff Nurse:
- A degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing is essential to join our talented team.
- Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse shows you are ready to make a difference in our patients' lives.
- Valid NMC Registration is required, ensuring you are up to date with industry standards and practices.
