Social Worker for Assessment Team in Romford, earning £37.52 per hour Hourly.

What you will do:
- Conduct assessments for children and their families to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide expert advice on child protection and safeguarding matters.
- Engage in direct, impactful work with children to understand their needs and circumstances.
- Collaborate closely with families and external agencies to develop robust support plans.
Preferred experience and skills:
- Prior experience within a Children's assessment team.
- In-depth knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices.
- Strong capability for direct, empathetic work with children.
- A valid Social Work England qualification with at least three years of post-qualified experience.
