What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for individuals aged 65 and over with mental health conditions and dementia.
- Perform duty work with efficiency and empathy, addressing the immediate needs of your clients.
- Utilise your community nursing experience to provide exceptional patient care within their homes or community settings.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic and person-centered support to your clients.

Requirements:
