What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, utilising evidence-based, client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.
- Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team while receiving guidance from an occupational therapy team lead or advanced occupational therapist.
- Conduct assessments of functional ability and devise appropriate discharge plans while continuously refining them to meet each client's needs.
