We are seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at a prestigious fine dining establishment. This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef. The role involves supporting the Head Chef in leading a small brigade of 10 chefs, delivering exceptional food quality and service in an intimate 50-cover setting. For exceptional candidates, there is the potential to work across 2 Michelin sites.

The Restaurant

The Sous Chef Role

Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen brigade.
Ensure consistent execution of the menu to the highest standards.
Manage ordering, stock control, and food safety compliance.
Drive team development, training, and performance.
Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes.

The Ideal Sous Chef

Proven experience as a Sous Chef with a solid cv
Fine dining or Michelin-starred experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Calm, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
