What You Will Do

• Manage a caseload of children and families requiring statutory social work intervention.

• Undertake high-quality assessments and develop, implement, and review care plans in line with statutory requirements.

• Promote family strengths while effectively identifying and managing risks.

• Identify safeguarding concerns and take appropriate action to protect children and young people.

• Prepare reports and attend statutory meetings, including multi-agency forums.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external partner agencies to improve outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain high standards of practice.
