What You Will Do

Conduct high-quality assessments and provide treatment for clients with diverse and often complex conditions.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support community-based rehabilitation and self-management.

Operate as an autonomous practitioner, maintaining strict adherence to Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) regulations.

Take full responsibility for your caseload, ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained.

Supervise and educate student placements up to graduate level, working with educational institutions to ensure standards of practice.
Requirements

HCPC Registration: Essential

Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant specialism

Driving Licence: Preferable, but not a requirement

Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
