What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and create detailed care plans specific to child in need and child protection cases.
- Work closely with children and families to ensure the safety and welfare of young people, and provide ongoing support through child protection and care proceedings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including health, education, and legal professionals to deliver holistic care.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for legal proceedings when required.
- Attend and contribute to meetings related to child protection as and when needed.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in UK social services, working as a qualified Social Worker.
