What you will do:
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants within community therapy services.
- Independently manage a caseload, including highly complex patients, providing specialist assessments.
- Assess, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of care for patients on an ongoing basis.
- Work within a multi-professional team, including consultants, GPs, nursing staff, physiotherapists, social workers, and other Allied Health Professionals, to manage and discharge patients under your care.
- Deliver clinical education and training to staff within community services.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the UK.
- Previous NHS experience.
- Registered with the HCPC.
