What you will do:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic team within the Safeguarding Team, providing expert guidance and direction.
- Manage and oversee casework, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective services to children and families.
- Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to promote the welfare and best interests of children.
- Engage in reflective supervision sessions, supporting team members in their professional development and practice improvements.
- Ensure statutory responsibilities are met and service delivery aligns with policy and legislation.

Requirements for Deputy Team Manager:
- You must possess a degree or equivalent in social work and hold current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial role, whether as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, with frontline experience in Children's Services.
