What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive kinship and fostering assessments to ensure children are placed in safe and nurturing environments.
• Provide support and supervision to foster families to enhance their capacity to meet the children's needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective care is delivered to children and families.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, supervision sessions, and foster care reviews.
• Respond to urgent situations and implement necessary safeguarding measures.
