What you will do:

• Manage a small caseload of 8-10, allowing for focused and detailed social work engagement.
• Leverage your post-qualification experience in child protection, PLO, court work, and permanence to ensure comprehensive support for families.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide pre and post-birth assessments and interventions.
• Develop and implement effective care plans with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for children.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and collaborate on innovative solutions.
