What you will do:
- Manage a caseload effectively with a focus on improving outcomes for children in care
- Conduct assessments, plan and review care strategies
- Collaborate with partners and families to ensure the welfare of children
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
- Support the development and implementation of care programs
- Attend meetings and prepare for reviews and conferences as necessary
Requirements for the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
- Active registration with Social Work England
- Extensive frontline experience working within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker
