What you will do:
- Provide support with quality assurance of documents including safety plans, assessments, and reports, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Attend important meetings such as Child Protection conferences to support less experienced social workers as needed.
- Manage a small caseload of complex cases during colleague absences, bringing your wealth of experience and assured approach to each situation.
- Be present in the office at least three days a week, offering support and guidance to your colleagues and bringing energy and ideas to the team.
- Apply your expertise in both the Court and Child Protection arenas to deliver informed and effective solutions.
