This locum role offers a competitive rate of £39 per hour on a full-time, ongoing basis. What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments within designated timelines, ensuring children and their families receive the appropriate level of support.
- Safeguard and manage Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases efficiently, upholding high standards of practice.
- Collaborate within our structured model to provide meaningful interventions and achieve timely decision-making.
- Engage with families over a dedicated seven-week period, fostering strong, supportive relationships.
- Benefit from significant support via our partnership and improvement team for daily work management.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Considerable frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
