Our Safeguarding Adults Hub focuses on the screening, triage, and response to safeguarding concerns for vulnerable adults. You'll contribute to maintaining their independence and designing care that meets their unique needs. This role requires experience in safeguarding adults, meeting the expectations for a 7b Social Worker in accordance with our Job Outline and Specification.

What you will do:

- Undertake assessments and formulate care plans under relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Manage a caseload effectively in line with your expertise and confidence.
- Chair and minute reviews, reporting on service quality and changes in circumstance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with agencies, ensuring services meet user and carer needs.
- Provide expert support and manage complex cases, applying legal frameworks when necessary.
