What you will do:

• Conduct s42 safeguarding enquiries to ensure individuals' safety and well-being.
• Perform mental capacity and best interest assessments to uphold the rights and autonomy of adults in your care.
• Carry out comprehensive social care assessments and offer tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
• Coordinate and conduct annual reviews, short-term care evaluations, and direct payment assessments.
• Review domiciliary care services for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
