- Carry out Section 42 safeguarding enquiries, utilising your investigations savvy to ensure the safety and welfare of at-risk adults.
- Develop comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring robust plans are in place to protect those vulnerable adults in your care.
- Engage in multidisciplinary team working, linking arms with other experts to deliver holistic safeguarding interventions.
- Conduct community safeguarding initiatives and work closely with care homes and nursing facilities, ensuring top-tier standards of safety and care.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to less experienced colleagues and contribute to the training and support of the next generation of social workers.
