What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team of social workers to ensure effective service delivery in safeguarding children and families.
- Develop and oversee case management plans, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide expert guidance and support to your team, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Liaise with external organisations and partners to enhance service provision.
- Monitor and evaluate service outcomes and ensure continuous improvement in practice.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Recent managerial experience, such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager, showcasing your leadership capabilities.
- A solid background in frontline Children’s Services with significant experience as a Team Manager.
