Social Work Team Manager - Children with Disabilities - Kensington (UK) - £45.20 per hour Hourly - Ongoing contract

What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality support and outcomes for children with disabilities and their families
- Develop and implement effective strategies and policies that support the team in delivering exceptional service
- Manage and monitor caseloads, prioritising the needs and welfare of children while maintaining high standards
- Collaborate with partner agencies, families, and communities to ensure a comprehensive approach to children’s services
- Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive team culture
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Significant managerial experience, including roles as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager
- Extensive frontline experience in children’s services, specifically working within disabilities support
