What you will do:
- Act as a key point of contact for families, delivering expert advice and support
- Work collaboratively within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to assess risk and ensure the safety of children and young people
- Support teams in making informed decisions, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural frameworks
- Participate in case conferences and meetings to develop and coordinate intervention plans
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior social workers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Demonstrate significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker
