What you will do:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to a team of Clinic Managers, helping them achieve both their professional and personal milestones.
- Cultivate a fulfilling work environment by offering strategic guidance and support to teammates within clinics.
- Drive financial and revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of clinical outcomes are maintained.
- Foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders such as NHS Trusts and the CQC.
- Analyse key metrics impacting service delivery to enhance performance and quality.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the UK and International Head Office.
- Implement innovative processes to drive quality improvements for patients and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies.

To excel in this role, you will need:
- Established leadership experience within a healthcare provider, with prior exposure to outpatient haemodialysis settings being particularly beneficial.
- Strong planning and management skills at both strategic and operational levels.
- Business acumen to understand and evaluate the financial impacts of decisions and actions.
- The ability to communicate engagingly and effectively with a diverse range of team members and patients.
- Analytical skills to perform root cause analysis, prepare action plans, and lead improvement initiatives.
- A lead-by-example approach to promote a value-driven culture that brings out the best in everyone.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving in a dynamic clinical environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
