What you will do:

- Undertake timely and thorough Best Interests Assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards legislation.
- Produce high-quality, evidence-based assessments complemented by detailed reports.
- Efficiently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring prioritisation to meet statutory timescales.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals, care providers, families, and partner agencies.
- Contribute to maintaining internal assessment capacity and reducing reliance on external providers.
- Ensure all practices comply with current legislation, local authority policies, and best practice guidance.
