What you will do:

- Manage the AMHP service from Monday to Friday, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead efforts in quality assurance by overseeing AMHP reports and practice standards.
- Attend partnership meetings to foster and maintain strong working relationships.
- Take the lead in hosting the AMHP forum, focusing on best practices and shared learning.
- Provide supervision and guidance to AMHPs and offer support to trainees in their professional journey.
- Collaborate with other Practice Managers to maintain a cohesive and effective service.
- Adhere to current AMHP policies to support a safe, effective service.
- Actively participate in the ongoing redesign of the service, bringing fresh ideas and approaches.
