What you will do:
- Manage cases of high sensitivity or complexity, offering specialist advice and professional consultation.
- Conduct needs-led assessments and recommend interventions in line with criteria and policy.
- Deliver an efficient and cost-effective assessment, intervention, and therapeutic service to young people and their families.
- Gather, investigate, evaluate, and analyse necessary information on assigned cases.
- Develop a holistic practice view of individuals, considering their immediate and extended social circles and their educational, social, recreational, and health needs.
- Ensure all case management complies with statutory requirements and council policies and procedures.
- Maintain high professional standards in investigations, enquiries, and assessments.
- Suggest service enhancements and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit written reports and care plans for court proceedings.

Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker.
