What you will do:
- Oversee the haematology team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Utilise your skills in the use of Sysmex haematology and ACL TOP coagulation analysers.
- Examine and report blood films with accuracy and timeliness.
- Report External Quality Assessment (EQA) results, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Implement quality management practices and knowledge of accreditation, utilising Q Pulse effectively.
- Manage team performance, setting targets, and overseeing financial budgets.
