What you will do:
- Assess and manage complex cases within the Children Locality Team ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children are always prioritised.
- Develop and implement care plans while working closely with children, families, carers, and other professionals.
- Provide professional supervision and guidance to less experienced team members helping them develop their skills.
- Lead on case management reviews and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary meetings and panels.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with statutory and departmental requirements.
