What You Will Do

Provide leadership and line management for front-line operational services, ensuring high-quality assessment and case management for vulnerable adults.

Undertake exceptionally complex cases when required, delivering expert, hands-on support to service users and carers.

Drive continuous improvement in practice and service standards through the application of specialised knowledge, skills, and reflective practice.

Oversee the delivery of safe, effective services by investigating, chairing, and reviewing adult safeguarding episodes as necessary.

Manage a skilled and multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Assessors, and support staff, and act as Team Manager when required.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies that support local and national policies, including self-directed care and personalisation.
