Social Care Community Physiotherapist in Walsall earning up to £31 per hour for a full-time locum position over three months. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise to a vibrant community setting and make a real impact in the lives of our clients. We’re looking for someone with experience in multidisciplinary teams and rehabilitation who is ready to take on the challenge of working across all pathways of Intermediate Care including reablement, rapid response, and rehab beds. Ideal applicants will have post-graduate experience and be registered with HCPC, with community experience preferred. You must also be a car driver due to the nature of the role.

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments to individuals within the community setting
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement rehabilitation plans
• Participate in reablement efforts, helping patients to regain strength and confidence in their daily activities
• Deliver rapid response assessments and quick interventions when required
• Utilize rehabilitation beds appropriately as part of the care pathways
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and progress
• Engage with patients to motivate and encourage participation in their rehabilitation programmes
