Based across the vibrant streets of Holmes Road, London, this role involves inspecting properties to ensure the highest fire safety standards. What you will do:
- Inspect street properties throughout Camden, checking smoke alarms and identifying and reporting on any issues.
- Carry out minor repairs and installations as needed to maintain fire safety.
- Report on any communal issues related to Fire Safety Regulations, including signage and communal storage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address hazardous storage situations.
- Install signs where needed to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Engage with residents, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring their safety concerns are addressed.

The client requires:
- A valid driver's license to navigate between various locations across Camden.
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact positively with residents.
- A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure a safe environment for both employees and residents.
