What you will do:

Participate actively in the duty rota, ensuring all incoming cases are managed efficiently.
Conduct comprehensive Child and Family assessments as well as Section 47 investigations.
Attend Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) and first hearings when necessary.
Engage in direct work with families, crafting robust safety plans and encouraging effective family networking/group decision making.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
