What you will do:
- Respond promptly to safeguarding concerns, including home visits, within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
- Handle safeguarding Triage and complex section 42 enquiries, managing risks and developing protection plans.
- Offer casework supervision to team members, asserting yourself as a recognised expert in your specialist field.
- Collaborate with adults, families, carers, and communities to help them make informed decisions.
- Contribute actively to practice and policy development in the specialist field.

Requirements of the Senior Social Worker or Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
