Senior Social Worker – Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)
Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Step into a pivotal role as a Senior Social Worker within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team, based at the Criminal Justice Centre in Brackmills, Northampton. What You Will Do:

• Lead on high-quality casework decisions, ensuring timely and informed responses that prioritise child safety.

• Collaborate closely with multi-agency partners to create a cohesive safeguarding approach.

• Oversee and supervise referral information, ensuring appropriate services and actions are initiated swiftly.

• Drive improvements in practice and outcomes for children, young people, and families.

• Work as part of an established MASH pod, consisting of three decision-makers and four MASH officers, ensuring consistent workflows and shared decision-making.
