What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ respiratory and mobility needs within the rehabilitation unit.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s unique requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, setting realistic goals and expectations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare professionals.
This role requires a physiotherapist who is a qualified professional, holding a relevant degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy. You must be registered with the HCPC to practice in the UK. While recent experience in a specialised physiotherapy role within the UK is essential, NHS experience would be advantageous, but not a strict requirement. Possessing a valid driving license is an added advantage.
